Tracy Chiles is the commander of the FBI Los Angeles Field Division. Tracy seems to have a strong rivalry with Garza as she always looking for an excuse to transfer him or fire him.
She is not a fan of the Special Investigative Unit and she is hoping it fails so she has an excuse to get rid of him. She is hellbent on destroying his career, even trying to bribe other agents to get dirt on Garza.
