"Hand-Off" is the fifteenth episode of the second season on The Rookie. This is the thirty-fifth episode of the series overall.

Summary

Officer Nolan is having a particularly bad day after learning his identity has been stolen and could jeopardize his position as an officer. Meanwhile, Sgt. Grey must confront his past and testify at the parole hearing of the man who shot Grey and murdered his partner.

• Seth Green, who plays Jordan Neil, has also been cast alongside Nathan Fillion in Castle (uncredited voice role), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (also a voice role).
• Kaden Alejandro, who plays Charlie Scanlin, is the son of Kevin Alejandro, who plays a supporting role on Lucifer.
