Special Agent Elena Flores is a recurring character on The Rookie: Feds. She is the niece of SSA Matthew Garza and the daughter of one of Matthew Garza's sisters, though it is unknown as to which. She always calls him tío (uncle) instead of his name. She is played by Michelle Natalie Núñez.
