Abigail is a guest character on The Rookie. She is played by Madeleine Coghlan.
Biography[]
Abigail is Henry Nolan's fiancée; they met at college and eventually show up at John Nolan's house to announce their engagement. John later discovers that Abigail was previously arrested for torching her ex-boyfriend's car after he posted revenge porn online.
She had an interest in joining the LAPD and requested a ride along with Officer Nolan. She eventually changed her mind after she and Henry were held hostage, but her arson charge probably would've prevented her recruitment.
In "New Blood", Abigail accompanies Henry on his orientation for his new job as part of Ben McRee's charitable foundation, and in "Brave Heart" she stays by Henry's side as he undergoes medical treatment for his heart condition.

- In "Tough Love", Abigail was stated to be 20 years old, the same age as Henry Nolan. However, in "Under the Gun", Henry is stated by Nolan to be 19 years old, directly conflicting the information given in "Tough Love" and also implying that Abigail could be 19 years old as well.
- Madeleine Coghlan, who portrays Abigail, previously appeared on Nathan Fillion's previous ABC series Castle as a character named Emily in the season eight episode "PhDead".
- She frequently joked about being pregnant to get a reaction from John and Henry.
